You can find a wealth of information on understood.org but one of the coolest things they've got for you is a tech finder tool.
I tested it out by selecting "reading" as the issue, "grades 1 and 2" for select grade and "all technologies" for technology type.
Results are separated into two categories: Education Technologies and Assistive Technolgies. There were 15 results for Education Technologies. This is the results page for Assistive Technologies:
All aspects of all results are clickable for more information about the tech itself, the grade level, and the quality and learning ratings.
